The Highest Earners in CS:GO

Today, there is more money than ever before in esports like CS:GO to the point where this has become a profession for many. Playing games is no longer just a way to pass the time. It is now a way to earn a living. That being said, here are some of the highest earners in CS:GO over the last few years:

Jesper Wecksell

In 2012, this kid who was just 17 at the time, won his first competition as part of a Norwegian LAN and managed to win himself $600. Just a couple of months later he joined the Epsilon esports team which would eventually become a part of Fnatic. He was with Fnatic since 2013 and they have kept on winning tournament after tournament ever since. He’s earned more than $280,000 so far.

Robin Ronnquist

He is the person who recruited JW in 2013 for Epsilon. He went on to become the captain of Fnatic too once they joined forces. He is a consistent player, to say the least and has led the team to 3 titles and multiple premier wins over the years. It’s impossible to judge whether any other player from Fnatic would be on this list if it weren’t for him.

Patrik Lindberg

This Swede has been at the top of every earnings list related to esports forever. Since 2005, he has been a part of the best CS:GO players in the world. He won his first tournament when he was just 16 years old and has competed all across Sweden since then. He also won the esports games in Sweden which got him $10,000 which put him up with the highrollers of the sport. Soon, he joined Fnatic and has been reigning over CS:GO ever since. He has earned more than $366,000 just from playing CS:GO.
